Warranty Policy

The manufacturer’s limited express warranty that accompanies the product is provided to the customer. G5 Network LLC makes no additional or independent warranty.

All warranties should be directly claimed from the manufacturer. Each item comes with a minimum of 15 days warranty and can extend up to 90 days, depending on the specific part and item condition.

Used Condition: (Terms and Conditions Apply – 14 Days Warranty)

Refurbished Condition: (Terms and Conditions Apply – 15 to 30 Days Warranty)

New Condition: (Terms and Conditions Apply – 30 to 90 Days Warranty)

Please note that the warranty will be void if there is a short circuit or if the item shows signs of improper power supply usage.

No warranty claims will be accepted for items that are damaged or show signs of water or liquid damage.
