Shipping and Return Policy

G5 Network LLC, registered as IT Hardware Hub Inc, is committed to delivering high-quality products at the best prices and ensuring a positive customer experience. However, if you receive a product that is not suitable or encounters any issues, we offer a return option. You can request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) by agreeing to the terms and conditions outlined below.

Terms

“Business Customer” refers to a customer who is not a consumer.

“Consumer” refers to an individual who is not acting for the purposes of their business or profession.

Cancellation Policy:

If a consumer or business customer wishes to cancel an online order for any reason, they can do so by contacting us via email before the order has been dispatched. Please provide the exact order reference number or PO number and state the reason for cancellation.

In the event that you want to cancel an order that has already been dispatched, we recommend not opening the received shipment and returning it to us within 1 week (7 days) of its arrival.

We kindly request that the returned item is properly packed with its original packaging to avoid a restocking fee of 25%.

Furthermore, we expect the goods returned within 7 days to be unused and in resalable condition, including all delivered accessories. In case of any lost goods or accessories, you will be responsible for their cost. Additionally, we recommend arranging insurance coverage against loss or damage during transit.

Non-Faulty Returns Conditions:

As part of our policy, we accept returns for credit on products you no longer wish to keep. The goods must be returned within 7 days of delivery with a written agreement. We only accept returns of manufacturers’ sealed and unopened goods with resalable value.

If the goods are found to be faulty or inadequately packed, a restocking fee of up to 25% may be charged. The original packing refers to the undamaged packaging containing the accessories, software, and warranties.

Faulty Items under Warranty:

If you encounter a faulty item, you can submit an RMA request by providing the date of purchase, order number, and serial number of the faulty item. By agreeing to the terms and conditions below, one of our representatives will promptly assist you via phone or remote access if the faulty product is still within the warranty period.

Warranty claims should be directly addressed to the manufacturer and not the selling company. You will need to contact the manufacturer directly to claim your warranty.

Refurbished and Used Items:

Please note that all refurbished and used items do not come with manuals or software CDs and are covered by a limited warranty.

International Orders

The customer or end user will be responsible for all broker charges, import charges, and customs charges associated with international orders.

Applying for RMA Request

To apply for an RMA request, you must agree to the following terms and conditions:

Goods should be returned in their original undamaged condition.

After receiving the RMA number, securely repackage the items exactly as you received them. Preferably, use the original outer box. Damages or marks on the box may result in a restocking fee of 25%.

The RMA number should be clearly visible on the outer box. If there is any confusion regarding the RMA number, we will not be able to accept the package.

If the customer mistakenly orders the wrong part number, the RMA will not be accepted, or a restocking fee of 25% will be charged.

If the customer paid with a credit card, in addition to the 25% restocking fee, a 3% credit card deduction charge will apply.

The customer will be responsible for all return shipping charges.

Non-Defective Returns:

Unfortunately, we do not accept returns for the following items unless they are damaged or defective upon delivery:

CDs, DVDs, and other copy able media.

Software products of any kind.

License codes, license files (including PDFs), and activation files.

Any products with a usable license code or subscription code.

Printers (unless still sealed and in the original box).

Ink cartridges, laser toners, or any other consumable products that have been opened.
